Our surf trips are structured as a 7-day immersive experience, built around five focused surf sessions and intentional progression throughout the week.
Across your stay, you’ll complete five coached water sessions with ISA-qualified instructors who guide each session with purpose and dedication. In addition, two dedicated video analysis and theory sessions are integrated into the week- allowing you to break down your footage, understand key technical adjustments, and refine your approach before your next time in the lineup.
You can join optional experiences such as ATV tours, E-boat adventures, or other curated local activities- or simply slow down, explore Nosara, and enjoy relaxed dinners and evenings at your own pace.
For seven days, you immerse yourself fully to the ocean and the jungle.

Step 3: We Book Everything
Once confirmed and paid, we secure all reservations and send you your full travel breakdown. We book your round-trip flights, 6 nights of accommodation, airport transfers, daily surf sessions, breakfast, and local experiences
Step 4: Arrive & Surf
Arrive in Costa Rica, meet your driver, settle into your stay, and begin your structured 7-day surf trip.
